Anna Stüdeli, who successfully completed her Master in Fine Arts with Pia Stadtbäumer and Sam Durant at the Hochschule für bildende Künste in Hamburg in 2021, is characterized by a multifaceted practice that combines both photographic and sculptural elements.
During her artistic career, which has included basic art studies at the Zurich University of the Arts and exchange stays at renowned institutions such as the Royal College of Arts, Goldsmiths University in London and the Valand Academy in Gothenburg, Stüdeli has developed a profound understanding of the interactions between photography, sculpture and public space.

Anna Stüdeli's works reveal an intensive examination of the phenomenon of advertising posters in an urban context. By photographing sections of these posters and then processing them into collages, Stüdeli not only captures the visual diversity of the urban environment, but also analyzes the interactions of passers-by with these very posters.
